  • Cut-off Timings: Orders placed before 12:00 noon are usually processed the same day.
  • Public Holidays & Sundays: Orders placed on non-business days are processed the next working day.

Example: If you place an order on Friday evening, it will be processed on Monday morning.

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

7. Delayed Deliveries

We understand delays can be frustrating. While 95% of our orders are delivered on time, some situations are beyond our control (natural disasters, courier strikes, political unrest, etc.).

In such cases, we will:

  • Offer compensation in the form of discount vouchers (for significant delays).

8. Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts

If delivery fails due to customer-related reasons (incorrect address, phone not reachable, refusal to accept delivery), the courier will usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.
