3. Cancellations
   
   • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they are not yet shipped.
     
   • To cancel, email us at hello@nivishnaturals.com with your order ID.
     
   • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

7 Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Our Refund & Returns Policy governs all returns. Key highlights:

• Due to the consumable nature of our products, opened or used packs cannot be returned.
  
• Returns/replacements are allowed only in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong items.
  
• Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with proof.
